The Art of Gua Sha
Gua sha is a traditional Chinese medicine practice designed to improve overall health by massaging the skin with the aid of gua sha tools.
To use, start from the center of your face and move outward in an upward motion. Handle the tool with care and apply gentle pressure.
Clean the gua sha tool with a damp cloth and/or rubbing alcohol. Use it with your favorite facial oil, serum, or moisturizer to enhance product absorption and to lubricate both the gua sha tool and your skin.
