Shipping & Processing

Shipping rates are determined by weight and destination at point of purchase. Most purchases are shipped from our warehouse to arrive within five business days of receipt of the order. If there is a delay, we will notify you by email. Some items sent directly from our suppliers may take longer, and items ordered together may not arrive in the same box. All orders are shipped via USPS. Orders using our FREESHIP discount code will be shipped via USPS Priority mail.

International Shipping

Outside of the U.S. please allow up to four weeks delivery from the date the product ships out. You are responsible for any import duties or taxes charged by your country and carrier-related fees. These additional charges will be collected by our shipping carrier at the time of delivery.

Service Delays

Alder New York is not responsible for unexpected shipping delays caused by circumstances such as severe weather or natural disasters. Similarly, we are not responsible for unexpected shipping delays caused by circumstances related to the courier itself, such as clearance delays.

Return Policy for Damaged Merchandise

At Alder New York, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Attention to design, materials, safety and construction is our priority. We carefully inspect your order prior to shipment. Upon receipt, please inspect your purchase of any damage and notify us at customerservice@aldernewyork.com within 7 days of date of delivery; we will arrange for a prompt replacement after the return of the damaged merchandise. To return your item(s) contact customerservice@aldernewyork.com to receive a web link to your free prepaid USPS return label. You have 24 hours from the time you receive your link to print it out. Once printed you must ship your return within 15 days. Return packages can be shipped from any USPS location or you can give it to your mail carrier for return.  

Return & Exchange Policy

If, within 30 days of the ship date you are dissatisfied for any reason, you may return your purchase in the original condition received for a refund of the merchandise value. If you wish to exchange an item please notify us of your request; we will arrange a prompt replacement after the return of the item(s) for exchange. Exchanges are subject to availability. To return your item(s) contact customerservice@aldernewyork.com to receive a web link to your free prepaid USPS return label. You have 24 hours from the time you receive your link to print it out. Once printed you must ship your return within 15 days. Return packages can be shipped from any USPS location or you can give it to your mail carrier for return.  

We cannot accept returns on items damaged through normal wear and tear. We also cannot accept returns of final–sale items which are identified by the label SALE.

Payment

Alder New York, accepts payment through Stripe to insure secure transactions for our customers. Stripe accepts major credits cards, Mastercard, Visa, Discover, and American Express.
